Pellet Mill Visits

In 2019, HQG turned attention to pellet mills given the percentage of brewery members that use hop pellets.  Let’s face it, whole hops don’t get any better after they are processed into pellets. Again, our goal is to ensure the messages around hop quality and food safety were aligned.  These reports highlight those findings.
